Bracelet Sizing
We offer 4 different sizes for women ranging from small (6.5 inches) to extra large (8 inches). The average women's bracelet size is a medium (7 inches). Please measure to ensure the correct fit as exchanges are only offered for damaged products during shipping.
Care Instructions
Bracelets should not be worn in water or come in contact with cleaning supplies. Rosewood beads will slowly darken naturally over time as the beads are worn. This is normal for wooden beads. Bracelets should not be pulled on or overstretched. This may result in breaking the bracelet.
Unique Features
All gemstones come with unique features and no gemstone is the same. Bracelets may slightly vary in color and look when it comes to these gemstones. Each picture posted is as accurate as possible on the coloring of each bracelet.

Shipping Policy
We generally ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Time of year and volume of purchases may affect that. Pre-order items will ship within 5 business days of items being available. Delivery times vary according to destination. We ship via U.S. Postal Service and most orders should arrive between 5-7 business days of leaving us. We do not offer expedited shipping.

How to exchange items:

Returns are not offered for bracelets. Only exchanges can be made for items damaged during shipping

To be qualified for an exchange, we must be contacted within two days of delivery date

Damage as a result of use is not exchangeable

Contact us via email with in 2 days of delivery along with a picture of damaged item, and we will reach out with further instructions.

The shipping costs are not refunded on exchanges
